Fill out the Tournament Agreement from moems.org and send it to our office for approval. Once approved, you will be asked to pay the fees in order to receive all materials.
The handbook includes detailed event instructions, timelines, seating plans, responsibilities, and sample forms for promotion and registration for a successful event.
The tournament features the same style of problems, but a different format featuring two parts: Individual Round and Team Round. In the event of a tie, tiebreaker questions are also provided.
The name you give your tournament will appear on the top of every page (template provided). Your tournament is a representation of your group. Tournaments can boost your group’s visibility, build community, and even raise funds.
The sponsoring organization sets fees (if any), picks a site, invites schools, prints contests, and provides awards. The handbook guides the process.
Scores are entered by volunteers into a preset excel calculator spreadsheet during the event to determine rankings and allow for same-day awards.
