Return Policy
Items(s) must be in original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. All returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt of item(s).

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling.

Exchanges
Unused Clothing, may be exchanged for item of a different size. Restocking fee is waived in this case, but return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Enrollment Refund/Credit Policy Refunds
Refunds are granted to schools that withdraw prior to October 15, 2025. Credit is given for the following year for schools that withdraw prior to the release of the first Olympiad. There are no refunds after the first Math Olympiads contest is released.
