A "problem" is not a problem if it has an easy solution. Real problems must be appropriately challenging, have multiple paths to solve them, and lead students to a better understanding of mathemeatical concepts. Participants in this session will discover ways for their students (and themselves) to become better problem solvers while preparing students for any assessment they may encounter. | ||
