This
will aid you in producing professional looking Certificates of Participation
for each of your team members.
You will need:

Acrobat© Reader
- the
Certificates that we have supplied in your awards package,
- your
team information
DIRECTIONS
FOR USE:
- Download
the template by clicking on the link below.
- Open
the template
- Replace
"School or Team Name" with the name of your school or team.
- Replace
"Principal" with your Principal's name or make this space
blank for your principal's signature.
- Replace
"PICO" with your name or make this space blank for your signature.
- One
at a time replace "Student's Name" with the name of each of
your team members.
- Insert
a blank certificate in your printer and print the this certificate.
- Repeat
steps 6 and 7 for each team member.
NOTE:
Recall, we supply only enough certificates for your team members. So before
you print actual certificates, make a few photocopies of the certificate
and practice printing. When you feel confident of success, begin using
the actual certificates.
